I provide no-cost Indigenous and non-Indigenous Prevention Services to East Fraser Valley and the Canyon.
My passion is in providing health related topics to help people balance their lives.
I am a descendant of the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, Lac St Anne, Alberta/French/Métis on her Father’s side and English on my mother’s side.
Like many Métis people due to societal stigma, I was not able to learn about and embrace her indigenous culture until late in life.
Now a proud Métis woman, I love to share my cultural knowledge and wisdom of her life’s journey to help people enhance their lives.
