I am a proud Métis woman. My indigenous heritage is from the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, Lac St Anne and St Albert, Alberta/French Métis on my father’s side and English on my mother’s side.
My passion is connecting with communities while building trusting relationships.
I have been an independent contractor with the BC government since 2016 providing presentations and workshops that bring an awareness about the concerns related to gambling, screen time as well as health topics that help people to bring balance to their lives. Some of these are The Seven Sacred Teachings, Metis Jigging & Cultural Awareness, Suicide prevention.
